Minimum Requirements

OPERATING CAPITAL
Three months’ projected expenses based upon a pro forma completed by prospective dealers.
REGULAR TERMS INVENTORY FINANCING
Minimum amount required $200,000.00 exclusively for Suzuki vehicles, with no daily approval limit.
FACILITY SIZE
Minimum 5,000 square footage required for Suzuki operations. For every additional manufacturer‘s product sold at the dealership, facility size requirements increase by 2,500 square feet.
SIGNAGE & DÉCOR MATERIALS
All dealerships are required to display the 3’x12’ or 4’x18’ Suzuki signage as well as utilize the Suzuki Décor Materials.
COMPUTER SYSTEMS
All dealerships are required to subscribe to and utilize the Suzuki Connect System.
SUZUKI SPECIAL TERMS
Each dealership and its owners must be financially solvent and creditworthy, as determined by Suzuki Motor USA, LLC (SMO) Credit Department, sufficient to establish and secure a special terms flooring line, at a level adequate for the market area in the sole and exclusive judgement of SMO.
PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS
Every dealership is required and expected to stock and maintain Suzuki’s full line of motorcycles, ATVs, and scooters. Must meet minimum purchase requirements for each model variation of motorcycles, ATVs, and scooters per order period. Must purchase motorcycle, ATV, and scooter accessory packages each year.
PRODUCT DISPLAY
Dealerships are required to devote an equal share of showroom and exterior space to Suzuki products as is dedicated to any other product line represented by the dealership.
SERVICE DEPARTMENT
Must meet the Service Department requirements as set out by the motorcycle and ATV Service Guideline, including a highly qualified, experienced Suzuki motorcycle and ATV Service Technician.
